At DMW CNC Centre, our Quality Control & Quality Assurance training is designed to equip students with practical inspection skills, quality standards knowledge, and industry-level quality practices. QC & QA professionals play a critical role in manufacturing by ensuring product accuracy, consistency, and compliance with international standards.
Through hands-on training in inspection methods, measurement techniques, and quality documentation, students learn how to identify defects, control processes, and maintain high production standards. The course builds strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional discipline demanded by modern industries.
We begin by teaching quality fundamentals, inspection principles, manufacturing tolerances, and basic quality standards. Students learn to read engineering drawings and understand quality requirements to build a strong foundation.
Students receive practical training using quality inspection tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and testing instruments. They practice measurement techniques, defect identification, and process monitoring under expert supervision.
We simulate real industrial environments where students perform inspections, maintain quality records, follow SOPs, and ensure compliance with production and quality standards used in manufacturing industries.
